The room was very clean with modern amenities like a good coffee machine. The view from the window was stunning overlooking a beautiful landscape. The location was perfect, very close to bars and shops and just a short drive from the border with Laos. We also enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff who gave us useful information about the area.
The room was a bit small and lacked storage space for our luggage. It was also quite uncomfortable to sleep due to the strong smell of detergent on the bed linens.

Superior place, loved it. The superior twin room had a comfortable bed. All in all fairly good location. Worth its 3 stars👌
The bathrooms are very bad.

The hotel is located in an area with few other options, but there are a couple of bars nearby. the rooms are relatively new and clean, but on the small side with no cupboards for storage. the staff are friendly and helpful. the view from the room window is nice, you can see the mountains. Coffee lovers will appreciate the good coffee machine in the lobby.
The smell of detergent on the duvet and bed sheet may cause discomfort, making it hard to have a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had a beautiful view. the hotel's location was convenient for accessing transportation and exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Fortune D Hotel. The room rate was great value for money, and we were really surprised by the beautiful view of the mount. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our late check-in easy. The hotel was clean and new, with a good coffee machine downstairs for us coffee lovers. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Great view of Buddha on the mount. Value for money room rate. Good location and nice room. Good bathroom and clean. No complaints, met expectations. Ability for late check-in. Close to bars in Loei.
